At least three professional linguists work on each assignment: a translator, and editor, and a proof-reader. Each of these will have been selected for the particular assignment due to their experience in the relevant field; for example, an engineering translation will be assigned to linguists with experience in the relevant area of engineering. On completion of the translation, the editor assigned to the project will review and refine the document, ensuring that the document will read just as well in the target language as it did in the original.
